Muna Al-Khalili

Secretary-General of the General Union of Palestinian Women (June 2009 - present). She is a member of the Women's Global Leadership of the Women's World Democratic Federation. She is also the coordinator of the Civil Coalition for the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women in Palestine. She is a member of the Palestinian National and Central Councils of the Palestine Liberation Organization, and a member of the Arab Parliament. She served as the Director, Office of the General Secretariat of the General Union of Palestinian Women in Tunis (1985–1993) and Director of the Department of National and International Relations (1994–1996)

She holds a diploma in Administration and Computer Management from the Al-Quds Open University, and a diploma in Public Relations, as well as a diploma from the Faculty of Communication and Media in Tunis.
