H.E. Mohammad Mustafa

His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Mustafa has been Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs in the 19th government since March 2024. Dr. Mustafa is an independent member of the PLO's Executive Committee and has served as Chairman of the Palestine Investment Fund (PIF), Deputy Prime Minister, and several senior political and economic positions. He has also worked in many international and Arab public and private economic institutions, including at the World Bank for 15 years in the fields of governance, institutional building, development, policies, and infrastructure development. He has led the institutionalization, launch and management of several leading local and regional funds and corporates.
