Public Employees Training -Closed-

In 2011-2012, MAS implemented a new training program within the project entitled 'Building the PNA's Self Capacity Development', funded by the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa and managed by the Islamic Development Bank’s Al-Aqsa Fund. The program involved the implementation of 12 training workshops over 18 months, and targeted the staff of PNA ministries. The program was particularly intended to develop the capacity of middle and top management in target institutions in areas of strategic planning, organizational structures, human resources management, project implementations and follow-up, and assessing the efficiency, sustainability and impact of programs and projects. Approximately 290 public servants benefited from this training. Each training course consisted of 4–5 informative sessions, 2 hours each per day, for 3–5 days.
