MAS organizes occasional conferences on problems facing the Palestinian economy. A typical conference is attended by policymakers, the private sector, civil society institutions, researchers, and economists. Attendants deliberate and debate the challenges facing the Palestinian economy and society in general, thereby exploring solutions.
MAS conferences have contributed to understanding the complexities of the Palestinian economy, and have also helped inform economic and social actors; each occasion is used to disseminate studies and reports produced by MAS and to draw attention to the institute's activities.
MAS conferences also provide a venue where the Institute can disseminate the various studies and reports it produces and, as a result, grasp the attention of concerned authorities in order to develop well-informed public policy.
