Monday, 2 March, 2015, Ramallah. In the course of their visit to Palestine, a delegation from The Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISS), led by RISS Director Dr. L.P. Rechetnikov, visited MAS this afternoon and met with Dr. Nabeel Kassis, Director General of MAS, and a number of MAS’s senior researchers. Among the delegation was E.V.
